About the workplace

Home Care Center 2 is located at Malmögatan 25 A just above Viskängen in central Helsingborg. Here, both nursing assistants, coordinators, and HSL staff work together in the premises.

Job responsibilities

As an administrator for nursing staff, you are accustomed to tasks related to finance, purchasing, and scheduling. You work on several parallel tasks simultaneously and will utilize your ability to create structure and deliver on time.

The position also includes tasks such as responsibility for mail handling, archiving, managing mailings, and taking minutes and notes. You will also support your unit manager and present various types of data for statistics and follow-up. You will have daily contact with colleagues, HR administrators, and other support functions in the administration, and you will be part of a network of administrators who together develop common working methods.

Qualifications

You should have at least a secondary education with an administrative focus, and to succeed in the role, you need several years of work experience in administration and scheduling. Communication is a significant part of the work, so it is important that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. A B driver's license is also a requirement.

You are used to working in various digital systems and programs and have no difficulty learning more.

Experience in healthcare and social services is an advantage. Familiarity with some of our support systems, such as the business system UBW, Medvind, Winlas, and Personec P, is also advantageous.
